Domain & User Research: Understanding the technicalities and functioning of track & trace tech. Visiting sites to view OneSetu in action, dive deeper into the pain points of users, understand the working environment better and to optimize & digitize any offline operation.
Design Strategy Formation: Established a comprehensive strategy.
Design and Development: Developed high-fidelity wireframes followed by visual design prototypes.
