Partnering with a leading financial institution to revamp its NRI banking website. The objective was to improve the overall user experience, making it more intuitive and relevant for non-resident customers, while presenting a contemporary, global aesthetic. The redesign aimed to create a user-focused, persona-driven structure that simplified information presentation, improved navigation, and reduced support center inquiries.
